We use Castronovo Chocolate’s 100% Tumaco Columbian Cacao, and soften to blend with delicious Saw Palmetto Honey to create a spreadable Honey that’s worthy of eating right from the spoon. Try some sauce on fresh Strawberries and Banana slices, or with Nut Butter on Toast with fruit. Slightly soften in warm water and use as a topping for Ice Cream. And don’t hesitate, to add a heaping spoon to steamed milk for a delicious Cocoa..add a shot of Espresso for a Honey Mocha Latte.
